Basic: Beginning
(30 minutes)
This 30 minute program is designed for the student who has no previous
training or experience with the Hatha Yoga technique. It is a very satisfying
beginning class followed by a creative visualization and relaxation
exercise.

Vital: Intermediate
(60 minutes)
This program is
a comprehensive 60 minute intermediate workout complete with deep relaxation
and visualization, followed by the first stage of a chakra meditation
(Raja Yoga).

Imperial: Advanced
(30 minutes)
This rigorous 30 minute workout is aimed to satisfy the more skilled
and committed yoga disciples. This strong program includes deep relaxation
followed by the second stage of a chakra meditation (Raja Yoga).
